Job Description OPEN POSITION: Physician - Gastroenterologist SCHEDULE: Full-Time Monday through Friday Occasional Saturdays (flexible/negotiable) OFFICE HOURS: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Saturdays, 8:00am to 3:00pm Sundays/Holidays, closed COMPENSATION: up to $600,000 Annual Income Base Salary Bonuses / Profit-Sharing Sign-On Bonus Relocation Bonus Malpractice Insurance Health/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance Paid Time Off CME Allowance License/DEA Fees 401k LOCATION: Yuma, Arizona COMPANY PROFILE: This multi-site, multi-specialty private practice has been serving patients in Yuma and the surrounding area since 2010. They currently operate 4 offices with a robust staff of physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and support team members. They have in-house laboratory, ultrasound, x-ray, MRI, and more. They are currently hiring due to growth. POSITION DESCRIPTION: The new physician will rotate between the clinics, all located in or immediately around Yuma (the drive between any two offices is 20 minutes or less). The average number of patients per day varies by site. The volume is kept at an appropriate level to ensure proper patient care and the practice is happy to collaborate with the physician to determine visit lengths and daily volume. Physicians work with dedicated clinical assistants who room and prep patient visits, as well as assist during the visits. All work is within the area of general gastroenterology in an outpatient environment. The offices have extensive resources available in-house to ensure hospital-level care in an outpatient setting, including but not limited to: MRI CT DEXA x-ray ultrasound EKG in-house CLIA-certified lab The practice utilizes a proprietary EHR.
