and stay with us.Duties/Responsibilities:Community Maintenance &
Repair
Basic Prep of -home sites for new
move ins. -Basic maintenance of park water and sewer lines.Maintain
common area landscape, clean up, weed control, and general
maintenance.Assist with Maintenance of vehicles and
equipment.Repair and replace plumbing fixtures.Operate equipment
such as power saws, drills, paint sprayers, sewer augers, and
various hand tools required for carpentry, plumbing and maintenance
work.Monitor all vendor projects to ensure work quality and
safety.Performing various capital improvement projects throughout
the property.Communicate with the on-site manager to repair rental
unit maintenance requests. -Minimum Qualifications:
1+ years of experience as a
Maintenance Technician providing oversight to apartment, RV, or
mobile home communities.Pass a background check.Ability to follow
written and oral instruction.Valid driver's license and have your
own transportation.Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or
more..Ability to use online task management software.Compensation
Hourly rate based on experience.
