This Recruitment Manager is responsible for managing, supervising and coordinating a team of Professional Recruiters to deliver a well-qualified and diverse pool of internal and external applicants to meet current and future YRMC business needs. The manager will lead and develop talent acquisition strategies, best practices and programs to achieve staffing objectives. With focus on full cycle recruitment and ensuring hiring goals are consistently met, partners with leadership on developing and implementing policies to establish and maintain a standard hiring practice. The goals of the organization and the HR department is to attract a diverse qualified workforce to meet the growing needs of the community. Provides input into HR Leadership to set strategic direction for the department. This position requires excellent communication and relationship building skills to develop a valued rapport with the hiring Director or designee, candidates, HR team members, advertising agencies/vendors, and the community at large. Some travel required to attend job fairs.

Bachelor's degree in related field (Business, Human Resources, Nursing)
Masters Degree, Certification as PHR or SPHR. External Experience Experience Required:
5 Years recruitment experience with a minimum of one year supervisory experience.
