Position Title: -Therapist, LCSWPosition Type: -Full-Time, BenefitedCompensation: -$85,000 - $110,000Workplace Culture: -Diverse, Inclusive, Collaborative, Team Oriented, SupportiveLocation: -Blythe, CAResponsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Conduct -assessments/intakes - Bio-Psycho-Social-Spiritual (BPSS) Assessment of clients
• Assess client's functioning and in their environment
• Provides psychotherapy to individuals, couples and families -
• Develop a treatment plan designed to resolve or cope with the mental or emotional presenting problems which may include individual, group, family or marital counseling, case management, referral to another treatment source
• Provides case management services to secure resources for clients and families -
• Attend team meetings and collaborative meetings to ensure quality of service is being provided to clients and ensure compliance requirements are being met
• Provides consultation regarding social determinants of health and community resources
• Other responsibilities as assigned aligned with the mission, vision and values of the organizationQualifications
  • LCSW licensed in the State of California
  • Knowledge of Trauma-Informed-Care -
  • Knowledge of ACES
