• IV pharmacist/compounding pharmacist experience valued.

    • 2 years of true hospital pharmacy experience of like size (250 census).
    • Experience with Vanco AUC dosing is required.
    • EPIC, Lexicomp, Baxter IQ EMR experience.
      • Schedule Information
      • Day and Evening shifts needed.
      • 7 on 7 off, 10 hour days, Thursday - Wednesday.
      • Evening shifts as needed.
      • Weekend Requirements: Every other or one per month preferred.
      • Holiday Requirements: 2/3 holiday required.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Pharmacy Manager/Supervisor on shift: One clinical manager on 5 days a week.
        • Staff Pharmacy Techs: Yes.
        • Orientation details: One NEO, one clinical ed/EPIC, one day floor orientation.
