Beds36Nurse: Patient could have some mixed MS and PCU patients1:5
for all MS patientsRequired certifications (i.e., BLS, ACLS?)BLS,
ACLS, NIHSSCommon diagnoses/Types of patientsCHF, NSTEMI, MI, heart
block, pacer, TAVR, CABG day 2, recovers cath pts after sheath is
pulled, Watchman, bradycardia, VT, general PCU overflow:
respiratory failure, low BPs, low hemoglobin, sepsis, post
surgical, etc. Experience or 'Must have' skillsNo first time
travelers.Prefer experience with TAVR and CABG (core staff usually
take)This unit has cardiac focus.Travelers must have experience
with all drips belowAre RNs required to titrate drips?YesCommon
titratable &/or set rate dripsamiodarone, cardizem, dobutamine,
