Enjoy the vibrant culture, sunny climate, and outdoor lifestyle that make Yuma a top destination for Arizona nursing jobs./n /n/nICU RN Job Details – Yuma, AZ/n /n - Estimated Weekly Salary: $1990 - $2130/n - Assignment Length: 13 weeks/n - Start Date: October 27, 2025/n - End Date: January 26, 2026/n - Shift: 12-hour days (06:45 – 19:15)/n - Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed/n - Healthcare Setting: Acute Care, Intensive Care Unit (ICU)/n - Trauma Level: II/n - Charting System: Epic EMR/n - Scrub Color: Navy Blue/n /n/nICU Registered Nurse Qualifications/n /n - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Arizona or compact state/n - Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience in a Level I or II trauma hospital/n - Proficiency with Epic EMR within the last 18-24 months/n - Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS/n - Experience with ventilators, sedation, sepsis, pressors, DKA, cardiac, CHF, and respiratory cases/n - Ability to titrate critical care drips (vasopressors, inotropes, antiarrhythmics, antihypertensives, sedatives, paralytics, analgesics, anticoagulants, insulin)/n - Willingness to float to other hospital units as needed/n - No more than 5 days of requested time off during the assignment/n /n/nICU RN Responsibilities/n /n - Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to critically ill patients in a 42-bed ICU/n - Manage nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:1 or 1:2 (MedSurg ICU); 1:3 if no vents/drips/n - Collaborate with intensivists, hospitalists, respiratory therapists, and clinical support staff/n - Monitor, titrate, and administer a wide range of critical care medications and drips/n - Participate in rapid response and code situations as needed/n - Accurately document patient care using Epic EMR/n - Float to other nursing units as required, maintaining safe patient ratios/n - Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and patient safety standards/n /n/n /n Take the next step in your nursing career with this rewarding ICU travel nurse job in Yuma, Arizona.
