This unit is highly specialized neurology Step-Down, dedicated to the special care required for patients who are recovering from neurosurgery, or neurological injuries – to include psych patients. Joint Commission-Accredited Primary Step-Down. Qualifications: - Minimum Associate Degree: Degree from accredited academic nursing program preferred - Registered Nurse-NM License - State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License Academic Preparation: - BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire.
