Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Yuma, Arizona. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Labor and Delivery Discipline: RN Start Date: 01/12/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days, nights Employment Type: Travel Radius Rule: 100 miles Required Certifications: BLS, NRP, AWOHNN Intermediate or Advanced. Common diagnoses/Types of patients: 28 weeks and above, lot of HTN, 7-10% no prenatal care, high Spanish speaking, tele monitoring. Spanish speaking would be great. Experience: Must be able to do a vaginal exam (if come from teaching facility-they have less skill since medical students/residents do these). Scalp electrodes, Circulate a C-section, Newborn transitions, Assist anesthesiology, IV starts, Blood draws, APGARS assignments-must know, Postpartum hemorrhage control- SIM lab coming-fall 2023, Epidurals, Amnio infusion. Water birth-not a must have, just for knowledge. Preferred: experience with spinning babies. Shifts & Scheduling: 6:45-7:15am/pm. - Weekend Requirements: 3 weekend shifts in a 4 week schedule. Noc: Fri/Sat. Day: Sat/Sun. Holiday Requirements: Typically 2/3 holidays, includes eve/day of. Will be Floating Requirements: NICU/Peds/Womens as well as MedSurg or ICU with appropriate patient assignment- downgraded, or RDU. L&D nurses may be assigned antepartum patients. Scrub Color: Provided hospital scrubs.
