Physical Therapist Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to help patients regain function, mobility, and independence, including: • Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions • Develop individualized treatment plans and adjust care techniques as patients progress • Direct and supervise the activities of Physical Therapist Assistants • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes • Document evaluations, care plans, and progress notes accurately in EPIC EMR • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and preventative strategies $40.82 – $51.03 per hour DOE Hourly Range: $40.82 (min) – $51.03 (mid) – $61.23 (max) Annual Equivalent (40 hrs/week): $84,905 – $106,142 (mid) – $127,358 Day shift, 8a–5p | 40 hrs/week Acute care, Level II Trauma Center Required: • Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program • Active Arizona PT license (or eligibility) • BLS (AHA) Preferred: • 1 year of experience in physical therapy (acute or inpatient) • Experience with EPIC EMR Why this opportunity stands out • Competitive hourly pay with full medical, dental, and vision benefits • PTO and retirement plans with employer contribution • Sign-on bonus: $5,000 (1-year) or $10,000 (2-year commitment) • Relocation assistance: $2,500 (1-year) or $5,000 (2-year commitment) • Supportive therapy department with strong interdisciplinary collaboration • Opportunities for professional growth, continuing education, and skill development Life in Yuma, Arizona Recognized as the Sunniest City on Earth, Yuma offers a warm climate, 300 days of sunshine, and a relaxed, affordable lifestyle.
