Our client in Arizona is seeking a dedicated Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for an engaging 120-day assignment, commencing Jul 6, 2026. This role involves providing care during 8-5 shifts in an outpatient primary care clinic situated within a hospital, addressing general FP/IM cases, serving the Indian population, and managing complex chronic care patients. Responsibilities and Duties - Work within an outpatient primary care clinic located inside a hospital. - Provide comprehensive care for general FP/IM cases. - Serve the Indian population with culturally sensitive care. - Manage complex chronic care patients.
