An opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist (OT) to serve students from PreK through 8th grade in a school setting located in Yuma, AZ. This full-time, onsite position offers a chance to impact the development and daily functioning of young learners, supporting their educational journey through specialized OT services. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct occupational therapy services to students across PreK-8th grades. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized therapy plans. Assess student needs and progress, adjusting interventions accordingly. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state guidelines. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school environment. Qualifications and Experience: Valid Arizona Occupational Therapy license required. IVP fingerprint clearance card mandatory for employment. Experience working in school-based OT settings strongly preferred. Ability to manage a caseload typical for a school environment (approximately 26-27 students). Excellent communication and teamwork skills essential. Location and Schedule: Position based in Yuma, Arizona. Full-time role with 40 hours per week, scheduled during the school year from August 3, 2026, to May 26, 2027 (dates subject to change). Onsite presence required; this is not a remote or hybrid role.
