The Professional Recruiter is responsible for the planning and developing of the full recruitment cycle while providing the highest level of recruitment services to Yuma Regional Medical Center's (YRMC) hiring Directors or designee by delivering a well-qualified and diverse pool of internal and external applicants while achieving staffing objectives. In collaboration with the hiring Director or designee, this position advances YRMC as an employer of choice, promoting our core values, our community and patient service excellence. The Professional Recruiter will guide the hiring Director or designee and candidates through the advertising, pre-screening questions, application submission, selection, interviewing, offer, hiring, and on-boarding process - following Federal and State regulations in relation to standard hiring practices, YRMC hiring and transfer policies, procedures (Recruitment, Hiring Guide) and the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) flow. Uses validated recruitment tools to pre-screen qualified top-tier internal and external candidates. Utilizes successful recruitment metrics to measure success and to identify areas of opportunity aligning with the HR division and organizational goals. Administers, coordinates and oversees complex functions associated throughout the recruitment life cycle for all non-clinical and clinical positions up to and including middle management (Supervisors, Coordinators, Resource Coordinator, etc.). This position requires excellent communication and relationship building skills to develop a valued rapport with the hiring Director or designee, candidates, HR team members, advertising agencies/vendors, and the community at large. Some travel required to attend job fairs.
Position reports to the Recruitment Supervisor; no supervisory responsibility. Bachelor's degree in related field (Business, Human Resources, Nursing)
Masters Degree in Related Field External Experience Experience Required:
3 years of related experience of full recruitment cycle: posting, sourcing, selection, offer, and onboarding processes.
