Job Description:

The Business Partner is the point of contact for caregivers, leadership, and executive leadership team, providing customized and practical HR solutions to challenges across a range of HR functions. Develops strategic partnerships with business units and executive leadership team to deliver value added service that reflects the business objectives, mission and goals of the organization. This position is responsible for driving, supporting and modeling a service-oriented culture focused on employee engagement & retention, quality, apteint safety, service excellence, fiscal responsibility, and the overall patient experience. The Business Partner will proactively assess and anticipate HR related needs and opportunities for process improvement. Develops, participates in and implements a wide variety of HR programs and inititives (e.g., compensation, workforce planning, and organizational change and succession management), and act as a liaison to other human resources functions including Recruitment and Compensation & Benefits. The HR Business Partner may initiate investigations and provide guidance regarding issues such as: working conditions, disciplinary actions, harassment, and employee complaints in collaboration with leadership/employee. Key stakeholder in developing and reassessing Human Resources division goals, objectives, and systems. The HR Business Partner maintains compliance with federal and state regulations and actively participates in the recruitment and engagement of caregivers. . The Human Resource Business Partner demonstrates skills include coaching, influence, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, strategic and tactical analysis, change advocacy and problem solving. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a similar field.

Education Preferred:

Master's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar field; HRCI -PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP;SCP certification External Experience Experience Required:

5 Years of related experience, including organizational development and employee relations.

Experience Preferred:

5 years of healthcare human resource experience including organizational development and employee relations. Requires Call No Relocation Yes Job Status SALARY-FT
