Foothills Bank has been on the list of Top Companies to Work for in Arizona for 2 years in a row! -The BSA Operations Support Specialist must comply with all company policies and procedures in addition to the applicable laws and regulations established by the FDIC, the Office of Foreign Assets Control and any other governing parties. The BSA Operations Support Specialist responsible for assisting in the completion of BSA duties distributed by GBCI's Corporate BSA Team (CBSAT). This position interacts and cooperates with CBSAT in the performance of all functions necessary to maintain compliance with the institution specific requirements and all applicable banking regulations. Employees must be able to work independently and manage schedule to complete all assigned tasks. -DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Administer and complete consumer reports regarding CIP, Foreign Customer, AML and BAM+ Programs. Additionally, distribute exceptions to applicable division staff for corrective action and follow-up to assure corrections are completed.Assist BSA Coordinator maintain or complete: customers requiring division assistance or interaction, -ATM holder account reviews, conduct beneficial ownership certification, foreign customer reviews, initial CTR exemptions and annual reviews, internal high risk BSA management processes, MSB reviews and revocations and OFAC reviews are completed for new accounts and other OFAC division transactions.Ensure CTRs and all associated reports are reviewed and submitted within an acceptable timeframe.Assist in ensuring the division BSA Activity Report (BSA Scorecard) is maintained within an adequate rating month over month.Work with CBSAT to assist in investigate transactions and accounts of a suspicious nature.Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job to accomplish, among other things, in-person contact with customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:HS Diploma or equivalentMinimum of 2 years banking experienceBSA or Bank Operations experience preferredKNOWLEDGE, SKILL, ABILITY:High degree of attention to detail as well as excellent organizational skill(s) to perform in a fast-paced environment.Must have ability to prioritize and organize heavy workload(s) and demonstrate effective time management skill(s).Must have the ability to work in a professional manner and consistently demonstrate courtesy, customer service, and tact in a fast-paced/deadlines-oriented environment.Ability to work quickly and accurately: perform effectively under pressure; meeting multiple and sometimes competing deadlines and make decisions based on regulation(s), company policy(s), knowledge, and experience.Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.Ability to understand and follow complex written and oral instructions.Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.Basic computer skill with working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, ten-key, and general computer applications.Working knowledge of standard office equipment.WORK ENVIRONMENT: Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with moderate noise level. -PHYSICAL DEMANDS:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in an emergency situation. -Specific lifting abilities required by this job include: - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met. -Specific vision abilities required by this job include: The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation/inspection of machines and/or using measurement devices at distances close to the eyes. -Must be capable of occasional travel (less than 10 days per year) by automobile (as driver and passenger), commercial airlines, rental vehicles and public transportation and be able to lodge in public facilities. -
