  • Hospital in Southern Arizona is looking for RNs to complete a 13-week assignment on their Med Surg Tower 5 unit.
  • The right candidates will have 3+ years of experience and have an active BLS.
  • Start dates are not flexible. 9/23 Start.

    • Active BLS
    • EPIC experience required
    • Resume must include: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable)

      • Schedule Information
      • Shifts & Scheduling: 6:45-7:15am/pm
      • Weekend Requirement: Every other
      • Holiday Requirement: Typically 2/3 holidays
      • Call or a Standby requirement: Low Census On Call
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Unit Details: Tower 5 - Med Surg/Tele/Stroke
        • Nurse Patient Ratios: Days - 1:5-6 Nights - 1:6
        • Common titratable &/or set rate drips: May see heparin on occasion
        • Nurse aids/patient care techs: PCA. 8-12 per person
        • Tele/monitor techs: Travelers don't need to read tele, a dedicated monitor tech is available
        • Floating Requirements: MedSurg or ICU with appropriate patient assignment-downgraded, or RDU
        • Scrub Color: Navy Blue
        • Unit/department specific orientation: One NEO, one clinical ed/EPIC, one day floor.
