Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans for all AHD brands. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will be collaborating with the team to execute on various marketing objectives.

Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Develop and manage the overall marketing department budget
  • Manage marketing tactics and execution of projects
  • Oversee all marketing campaigns for the department
  • Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product development, production, sales, and customer support
  • Assist in obtaining quotes and develop RFPs for various print production projects
  • Report on results of all marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Project Managers, Media Coordinator, and the creative team
  • Coordinate with Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute on e-blast campaigns Requirements
    • Bachelors in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or similar studies
    • 3-5 years of related experience.
    • Experience working in a marketing team environment
    • Strong and adaptable writing skills
    • Ability to work quickly and meet deadlines while managing simultaneous projects
    • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
    • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools

      --- Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.

      --- Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions.

      --- Required to use stairwells to attend meetings and engage with employees on multiple floors throughout building.

      Compensation

      Starting base pay: $80,000 - $85,000 annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
