We are seeking a dedicated Business Support Analyst for our Retail
Bank Consumer Lending organization. This Intermediate position
allows you to work remotely in the continental U.S. with occasional
As a member of the remediation team, you'll make your mark by
performing calculations and writing business requirements to
resolve member financial reparations. Your expertise in data
structure supports our mission to put the member first by
identifying the financial concern and providing expeditious and
detailed resolution through the use of Excel, pivot tables,
Tableau, SQL, and Predictive Modeling.Job RequirementsWhat you'll
- Identify and handle existing and emerging risks that stem from
business activities and the job role.
- Ensure risks associated with business activities are
successfully identified, measured, supervised, and controlled.
- Follow written risk and compliance policies, standards, and
procedures for business activities.
- Provide operational support on current processes and support
business operations and management in finding opportunities and
solutions to meet current and future business needs.
- Prioritize and define parameters of assigned projects and
assemble relevant data for said project(s).
- Validate information and collaborate with other departments to
include presentations of detailed findings, alternatives, and

causes, and develop recommendations to improve business
- Review, validate, and/or analyze reports that function as a
control to existing processes.What you have:
- Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of related experience may be
substituted in lieu of degree.
- 2 years of business support experience in an analyst capacity
supporting business planning initiatives and/or operations
experience, including: requirement gathering and documentation,
operational planning and forecasting, data analytics, or
current/future state analysis, in direct support of business
planning initiatives and optimization of business operations.
- Proficient level experience in a wide-variety of systems
coordination, process/product review initiatives and the
development of management information requirements for related

offer:Compensation: USAA has an effective process for assessing
market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain
competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your
experience and market data of the position. The actual salary for
this role may vary by location. The salary range for this position
is: $55,580 - $99,570.Employees may be eligible for pay incentives
based on overall corporate and individual performance and at the
